OPI - Magazine Cover Mouse Liquid Sand Review

Hey guys!

I've FINALLY put up a blog post! I've been meaning to do it for a while, and I've finally got around to it! Today, I am reviewing OPI's Liquid Sand 'Magazine Cover Mouse'. This happens to be one of my favourite polishes, so I hope you love it as much as I do!

Here's a bottle shot of the colour. Isn't it pretty?

So, 'Magazine Cover Mouse' is a Red liquid sand polish, with a slight gold shimmer to it. As I mentioned earlier, it's one of my favourite polishes. It looks so amazing on the nail, and it's very hardwearing. I love hardwearing polishes, because normally I have to replace my polishes every two days, which annoys me, however this polish, I've had chip free for about five days. It's great.

Now for the swatches. Sorry these aren't the best photos, I have seemed to have misplaced my camera, so I've had to use my phone's camera. Hopefully by the time I get my next post up, I will have found my camera. Keep you pretty little polished up fingers crossed for me.

My phone's camera doesn't show this polish very well, so when I find my camera, I'll replace the photo. This is a indoor photo, showing the polish when it's not in direct sunlight, and you'll have to take my word for it that the polish is red, because this photo makes it seem corally, and it doesn't show the shimmer.

Here's a direct sunlight picture, which turned out better than I expected. It shows the texture and the shimmer a little bit, but not as good as an actual camera would, SORRY.

In all, this polish is great. It is completely opaque in two coats, and I had no issues with streakiness and I found the formula perfect, and removal is super easy too. I would definitely recommend this polish to anyone who likes textures.

Anyway, here's a huge thank you to you for reading my first ever blog post, and I hope you enjoyed the review, and rush out to get the polish. Once again, I apologise for the bad quality pictures, I'll replace them once I've found my camera.

  1. I forgot to add that this is a matte polish, and is designed to wear without top coat.
