Nicole by OPI- Lips Are Dripping Honey Review

Hello all!

I trust you've all had a good few days, if you haven't, I hope this new post cheers you up, because this polish is super pretty and nail polish swatches and reviews are a fail safe way to make yourself feel better. Haha.

Today I have another Nicole by OPI polish. This is once again from the Carrie Underwood collection (shocker, right?). This colour is called 'Lips Are Dripping Honey'. It's a pretty multigold glitter topper. It has little microglitters and small hex glitters. In my swatch, it's worn over Nicole by OPI's 'Sweet Daisy'! Isn't it a pretty combo?

I used one coat to cover my nail and it worked really well! I managed to get great coverage and prettiness with one coat, so I'm happy with that! Haha. Unlike 'Party Bus' (which is also from this collection), I didn't have to use the dab and spread method to get good coverage. It's great. I hate having to do that. Haha. It's too much effort, especially if I just want a quick glitter mani. The downside (there's always got to be a downside, doesn't there? :( ) it's AWFUL to remove. I'm quite convinced it's the worst glitter I've ever tried to get off. I had to bust out the tinfoil and cotton pads for this one. It was horrendous. I'm so glad I chose to do removal on Sunday night because Monday morning would not have been fun.

I also tried a fun little glitter gradient with Lips Are Dripping Honey. I love it!

I feel if you're a glitter fan, you'll love this polish! I'm so stoked with how easy to apply this polish was. Unfortunately the removal let the polish down, but glitter polishes are always awful to remove. If you don't mind spending a little extra time trying to remove this polish, I'd definitely recommend it. Normally I don't like hard to remove polishes, but this one is just way too pretty to not love. Haha. I hope you guys love it as much as I do! Do you think you'll grab this polish if you see it in any stores?
