Hey guys! Happy new year! I hope you have all had a fantastic start to 2015 and that you all have an amazing year. I know I will. I'm planning on heading overseas twice this year, and if you know me, you know I LOVE travelling so I'm super excited! Have you guys set yourself any New Years resolutions? Normally I don't bother, but this year, I set myself the goal of posting a new review onto the blog at least twice a week. My stash just keeps getting bigger so I don't think I'll run out of polish anytime soon. Haha. Today I have a gorgeous polish from Essie's Spring 2014 collection. It was limited edition, and it actually never hit New Zealand shores, but it should be up online at many etailers if you do like this polish. The polish I have for you today is called "Hide and Go Chic" which also happens to be the namesake of the collection. Hide and Go Chic is a pretty dusty medium blue creme colour.
Bottle shot. Essie did incredibly well with this polish. As you know, if you follow Essie or my blog, you'll know that Essie's formula can be either hit or miss, even with this collection, a previously reviewed colour- Fashion Playground, required four coats. However, Hide and Go Chic, had the PERFECT formula. One coat. Just one. It dried super shiny, and it dried really quickly. As it just needed one coat, it's obviously really opaque. I'm just so pleased with this.

Hide and go chic isn't the most unique colour, but it's formula is one of the best I have ever come across. I did swatch this a while ago, so I can't recall if it stained, but I'm assuming it didn't because I didn't put it in my notes. Anyway, I am super stoked with this colour. The formula and the colour are absolutely amazing and this is one polish I would definitely recommend.
